Open Eye

Flipping through an old Rolling Stones Magazine I saw a b&w photo of Micheal Stipe (REM), and it gave me the idea to cut out eyes and repurpose a painting I made a mistake on. Ended up going with my own printed out portrait versus the rolling stone REM photo. The background and eyes are all from a painting I didn’t want to throw away. And you can see why.
